## About The Rutter Organization

The Rutter Organization is a family enterprise based in El Paso, Texas. It began in 1988 as the tax practice Tax Matters, founded by Doug Rutter, which helps individuals, families and business owners with tax problems including delinquent tax returns, installment agreements and offers in compromise. The organization today also includes 214 Investments, Rutter Media and Rutter Real Estate. Rutter Media produces The Rebound 915 Podcast and the upcoming series At the Bottom Line. The organization also runs community work, including the Spirit of 76 Scholarship.
