Rudolph Community and Care Welcomes New Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer to Support Growth and Mission

Rudolph Community and Care (RCC) is pleased to announce the addition of Laura Purfeerst as Chief Financial Officer and Easton Brown as Chief Operating Officer. Both leaders bring extensive experience and a shared passion for RCC's mission of providing meaningful support and care to the people and communities it serves.

As Chief Financial Officer, Laura Purfeerst brings more than 30 years of experience in strategic financial leadership, risk management, and organizational growth. In her role, Laura will collaborate across teams to support well-informed decision-making and promote sustainable organizational growth, helping position RCC for continued success.

Easton Brown joins RCC as Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than a decade of leadership experience in the disability and mental illness space, with a focus on residential and community-based services. Easton is passionate about helping others, improving systems, creating clarity, and leading people and organizations to grow while remaining rooted in the mission.
