Who is responsible

Buzz Dealer (Cyprus) Ltd (registration number HE440718), Agias Filaxeos 122A, Limassol 3087, Cyprus, is the data controller: it decides how your personal data is used. Contact: support@livepublicator.com.

What we collect

• Your website address and what our tools read on its public pages.
• Your email address and name when you give them to us (AI check report, draft, order, contact form, partner application).
• What you write in forms and drafts, and your releases.
• Orders and payments (Stripe keeps the card details; we never see your card number).
• Technical data: a keyed hash of your IP address for abuse limits, and, only if you accept cookies, analytics and advertising cookies.

Why we use it

• To run the service you asked for (checks, drafts, publishing, reports, emails about your order).
• To keep the service safe (bot checks, rate limits, content review).
• To send you tips and reminders about your check or draft; every such email has an unsubscribe link.
• To measure our ads and improve the site, only with your consent.

Who helps us (processors)

• These companies process data for us, only to run the service:
• Stripe: payments. Resend: sending email. DigitalOcean: our servers and storage. Cloudflare: security, bot checks and delivering the site. Anthropic: AI writing and content checks. OpenAI: ChatGPT answers in AI checks, and AI images. Google: Gemini and Google AI Overviews answers in AI checks, the Web Risk safety check, and Google Analytics and Google Ads (only with your consent). Perplexity: Perplexity answers in AI checks. DataForSEO: search results for AI checks. PostHog: product analytics (US servers). Sentry: error reports. Meta: ad measurement (only with your consent).
• Some are in the United States; transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.

What is public

Published releases are public, including the names, quotes and media contact details you put in them.

How long we keep it

Drafts that are never published expire after 30 days. Account and order records are kept for 6 years, as tax law requires. Rate-limit data is deleted after 2 days.

Your rights

You can download your data and delete your account from your account page, or write to support@livepublicator.com. You can also object, ask for corrections, and complain to a data protection authority. In Cyprus that is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
