Refund policy

Releases

Full refund if we reject your release, or if it isn't live within 24 hours of approval.

Approval is automatic for most releases. Some are held for a person to check first, and the 24 hours start when that check is done. Refunds are made automatically when we reject a release.

Reach packages

• Wider reach ($129, 3 news sites), Premium reach ($299, 6 news sites) and Full reach ($599, 9 news sites). Live on the news sites within 14 days.
• If we haven't placed your release on the news sites yet, you can cancel the package for a full refund. Once placed, it can't be refunded.
• If a site isn't live within 14 days of payment, we refund that site's share: the package price divided by its number of sites.
• Orders placed before these packages keep the price paid and the sites bought.

Credits

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

The $19 next-release credit offered at checkout expires 90 days after you buy it. Unused, it can be refunded within 14 days of purchase like any credit. Once it expires, it can't be used or refunded. We email you 14 days before it expires.

Newsroom plans

Cancel any time. Your newsroom stays on until the end of the month you paid for; we don't refund part months. The $9 first month (for companies that already published a release with us) follows the same rule.

Enhanced company page

Cancel any time. Your Enhanced company page stays on until the end of the month or year you paid for; we don't refund part periods.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt email, write to support@livepublicator.com, or use the Contact page. Refunds are made by Buzz Dealer (Cyprus) Ltd (Agias Filaxeos 122A, Limassol 3087, Cyprus) and go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 days.
