Refund policy
Effective September 27, 2026
Releases
Full refund if we reject your release, or if it isn't live within 24 hours of approval.
Approval is automatic for most releases. Some are held for a person to check first, and the 24 hours start when that check is done. Refunds are made automatically when we reject a release.
Reach add-ons
If we haven't placed your release on the partner sites yet, you can cancel the add-on for a full refund. Once placed, it can't be refunded.
Credits
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Newsroom plans
Cancel any time. Your newsroom stays on until the end of the month you paid for; we don't refund part months.
How to ask
Reply to your receipt email, write to support@livepublicator.com, or use the Contact page. Refunds are made by Buzz Dealer (Cyprus) Ltd (Agias Filaxeos 122A, Limassol 3087, Cyprus) and go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 days.
