Who we are

LivePublicator (livepublicator.com) is run by Buzz Dealer (Cyprus) Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE440718, with its office at Agias Filaxeos 122A, Limassol 3087, Cyprus. "We" means Buzz Dealer (Cyprus) Ltd. "You" means the person using the service and the company you publish for.

What we do

We check what AI assistants say about your company, write press releases with AI from your notes and website, publish them on livepublicator.com (and on your own newsroom if you have one), tell search engines about them, and send you reports.

When your release goes live, we may share its headline and link on LivePublicator's social channels, such as our X account. You can turn this off in the editor with the "Share on LivePublicator's social channels" box, and we remove the post if your release is taken down or refunded.

No one can promise that AI assistants or search engines will mention, rank or recommend a business. Our reports show what they say before and after; they are not a guarantee.

What you promise

• You are allowed to publish news for the company named in the release.
• The facts in your release are true to the best of your knowledge, and you have the rights to any text, logos and photos you give us.
• Your release follows our Content policy. You are responsible for what you publish. We are not the author of your release.

AI-written content

Releases are drafted with AI and approved by you before they go live. You can edit every word. We label releases as "AI-assisted · checked before publishing" (our automatic content check), "AI-assisted, human-reviewed" when a person on our team also approved it, or "Written by the company" when you wrote it yourself. AI-created images are labeled as illustrations.

Payments and credits

Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe. The $9 price is for a company's first release only, one time per company (by website domain). Release credits never expire. Newsroom plans are monthly and can be cancelled any time; they run to the end of the month you paid for.

Refunds

See our Refund policy. In short: Full refund if we reject your release, or if it isn't live within 24 hours of approval.

Our review and takedowns

We may hold a release for a person to review, refuse to publish it, or remove it later if it breaks the Content policy or the law. Anyone can report a release through our Contact page; we review reports within 48 hours.

You can ask us to remove your own release at any time. Its address will then show that it was removed.

Your newsroom

If you use a newsroom on your own domain, you keep control of your DNS. When the newsroom ends, delete the DNS records we gave you. We check every hosted domain for security problems daily and may pause a newsroom that appears on a security blocklist.

Limits of our liability

To the extent the law allows, Buzz Dealer (Cyprus) Ltd is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing takes away rights you have as a consumer under Cyprus or EU law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: support@livepublicator.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Limassol, Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
