API terms of service
Effective October 17, 2026
Who these terms are for
These terms apply to agencies that use the LivePublicator API or MCP server ("the API"), on top of our Terms of service and Content policy. "You" means the agency and the people who use its API keys. "We" means Buzz Dealer (Cyprus) Ltd.
Your clients
- You publish for your clients. For every release, you confirm that the company named in it authorized you to publish it on its behalf.
- You are responsible for the content of every release you publish through the API, including quotes, facts, names, images and links, as if you wrote it yourself. We do not ask your client to approve it.
- If a client tells us you were not authorized, we may take the release down at once and ask you for proof.
The plan and credits
- The API plan costs $99 a month and adds 10 release credits each month. Unused credits roll over. When you have 50 or more credits on a billing date, we skip that month: no charge and no new credits.
- Credits never expire, and they stay yours to use after you cancel. We do not refund credits. Publishing a release uses 1 credit. If we don't publish a release, its credit comes back.
- API credits can only be used through the API, the MCP server or an AI assistant connected to your account. Credits bought on the website can only be used on the website. API releases never use the $9 first-release price. Wider reach can be added to a live release on the website, as a separate payment.
- We publish the text and image you send. We do not write or change them, and API releases get no AI report.
- If a payment fails, your keys stop working until it is paid. You can cancel any time in your account. The plan then runs to the end of the month you paid for.
AI assistants
You can connect an AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your account. It signs in with your permission and can only do what you allowed on the sign-in page. It publishes only after you confirm in the chat. You can disconnect it any time in your account. What it publishes counts as published by you.
Keys and limits
Keep your keys secret. Anything done with your key counts as done by you. Revoke a key in your account as soon as you think it leaked.
Each key can publish up to 10 releases a day. The first 3 releases of each new key are checked by a person before they go live. We may hold any release for review, as with every release on the site.
What every release shows
Every release says it was published via LivePublicator and has a link anyone can use to report it. We may remove any release that breaks our Content policy or the law, and we may suspend an account or a key that publishes such content.
