Life Masters launches Leadership Alignment Accelerator in Gauteng

JOHANNESBURG, 21 October 2026: Life Masters, the Johannesburg-based high performance team development company led by founder Tony Dovale, has launched the Revolutionary Workplace® Leadership Alignment Accelerator, a programme and diagnostic process for repairing and aligning fractured executive, exco, management and board teams. Programmes are offered in Gauteng, South Africa, with bookings opening in January 2027.

The launch responds to a problem many South African organisations recognise but rarely measure: when the people at the top pull in different directions, every team below them feels the strain. What the Accelerator is The Accelerator combines leadership team diagnostics with facilitated sessions. The diagnostics show where a team has fractured and where individual members are out of step with each other, on priorities, decision rights, trust and communication. The facilitated sessions then work through those gaps with the whole team together, rather than with leaders one by one.
